Bradplas Crajoist - Adjustable Decking &  Floor Levelling Cradle Pedestal Riser system is used to provide support for timber joists to sit on, to aid in leveling the timber floor, or can be used to create a floating floor over an existing floor.

Mainly used in new builds or renovations but can also be used for decking projects, shed or outhouse builds, garage conversions, and a variety of other uses where a floor would need to be raised or levelled.

The Adjustable Decking &  Floor Levelling Cradle Pedestal Riser system is constructed of a rubber base and a joist support component which interlocks into the base to fit standard 2-inch joists. It achieves a height of 14mm over the substrate. The system includes fine levelling shim at 3mm which can provide incremental height increases.

Separate base extenders at, 10 mm, 15 mm, and 20 mm can also be attached in order to increase the joist height.

The system provides excellent reduction in the transmission of impact and airborne sound by allowing to build up a floating floor above an existing floor.

The Bradplas Crajoist Adjustable Decking &  Floor Levelling Cradle Pedestal Riser system can provide access for cable and pipe runs without having to drill through joists, compromising the structural integrity of the joists. A raised floor can also allow the installation of underfloor heating without having to take up the existing floor.

They have been successfully used for a number of domestic applications for home extensions, renovations, and garden-based projects.
